My name is Ty Davis, and I am a Master Gunnery Sergeant (Retired) with 30 years of dedicated service in the United States Marine Corps. I have transitioned into the role of a Junior ROTC instructor with a deep passion for shaping the next generation of leaders. My experience in the Marine Corps has instilled in me the values of discipline, honor, and leadership—principles I am committed to passing on to my students.
Throughout my career, I have been driven by a strong desire to help others succeed, whether on the battlefield or in their personal development. Now, as an educator, I find fulfillment in mentoring young men and women, guiding them to discover their potential and grow into capable, confident leaders who will positively impact their communities and the world.
In my role as the Senior Marine Instructor at Casa Grande Union High School, I am dedicated to fostering an environment where students learn the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and service to others. My goal is to not only teach military skills but also to inspire a sense of responsibility, integrity, and leadership that will serve them well in all aspects of life.
