My name is Rizza Casabuena-Harrison and I was one of the first set of Filipino teachers who worked in the district under the teacher exchange program. I have been with CGUHSD since 2014 teaching Math. Prior to moving to the United States, I taught for 7 years in my home country, the Philippines, and was also a Sports Club moderator. I obtained my teaching degree from the prestigious University of the Philippines in April 2007, and my teaching license in September of the same year. I love travelling (either with friends or family) locally or abroad. I feel a different sense of accomplishment and awe whenever I visit and see places that I only used to see in text books - like the Great Wall of China, Statue of Liberty, The White House, Osaka Castle, to name a few. I currently live in Casa Grande with my loving and supportive husband, Tom, and our adorable baby boy, Tanner.
