My name is First Sergeant Garcia. I recently retired from the Marine Corps after 21 years of honorable service. I am truly excited and grateful for this opportunity to serve you as your Marine Instructor (MI). I am looking forward to our upcoming challenges, training, competitions, performances, and, most importantly, the time we will spend together as a JROTC family! Our mission is to provide mentorship, guidance, motivation, and professional/personal growth to each candidate within the program. The program is designed to sharpen the skills you already possess and to assist in the development of your character through guided discussions, classes, and coaching.
