Hello! My name is Laura Ormeroid. I am the School Safety Social Worker at Casa Grande Union High School. I attended Northern Arizona University (NAU) for both my bachelor’s and master’s degree in Social Work and am licensed with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health as a Social Worker. I have lived and worked in the Casa Grande community for more than 20 years and am proud to be a Social Worker able to work with individuals, families, and the community to help make the world a better place. I am an empowerment-focused Social Worker dedicated to creating a safe, positive, and caring environment for students and their families. My mission is to ensure all students have access to the support and resources they need to live healthy and satisfying lives. When I’m not working, I can usually be found spending time with my family, friends, and (too many) dogs.
