Course Selection Forms

Students attend a course selection presentation in the Auditorium, based on grade level, on January 16, 18, or 19. Students receive the Course Selection Form in their third hour Mastery Time class. Students must complete the form and get a parent/guardian signature. Starting the week of January 22, students meet with their School Counselor/Success Coach, one-on-one, during their English class to go over their options for next year and graduation progress. Students must have their form completed and signed by a parent on this day. Students turn the form in to the School Counselor/Success Coach at the end of the meeting.
