I grew up in Los Angeles and have been an Arizona resident since 2006, and an Arizona educator since 2008. I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education. I spent 13 years at an alternative school in Mesa before coming to Vista Grande High School in 2022. Before transitioning to teaching, I had careers in pharmaceutical sales and gaming. I am married with three kids and my family and I currently reside in Mesa. My interests and hobbies include LA Dodgers baseball, Texas Hold’em poker, and riding motorcycles. My personal and educational philosophies are: 1) There are many paths to the same summit, 2) Everyone is capable of learning, 3) Don’t judge a book by its cover, 4) We are part of a global community, and, most importantly, 5) Live the Golden Rule.
