Mr. Sanchez started his teaching career in 1996 at Coolidge High School but deep down inside knew that Casa Grande was home. Mr. Sanchez returned home to the Cougar nation in 1997 where he taught Spanish, Hospitality, and coached football. In 2004, he had the opportunity to become a PE teacher at his elementary school. Making that transition opened his eyes to a greater love. Working with elementary students opened his heart in developing more compassion for students. In 2009, Mr. Sanchez was asked to teach Spanish at Cactus Middle School. This was a great opportunity to combine educational experience with compassion plus organization. This experience has helped Mr. Sanchez become the teacher he is today. He started working at Vista Grande High School in 2014 and has never been so happy to be where he is today.
