Dress Code Reminder for all Cougars: Pajamas are not part of the student dress code at Union. Please leave your PJs and blankets at home.
Students (01/30-02/02):
Please do not utilize the Staff parking lot on the east side of campus for drop off in the mornings or pick up in the afternoon.
Unauthorized vehicles are creating a safety issue for buses.
This parking area is strictly prohibited and is only to be used by Staff and Buses and Authorized vehicles.
All students must be dropped off and picked up to the west side of campus
We appreciate your cooperation.
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
MORP- The Sophomore Class is hosting the Love Through the Decades Dance. It will be held February 10 from 7pm-10pm in the gym. Come dressed from any decade, as casual or extra as you want! Tickets are on sale now in the bookstore for only $10. February 5th -9th tickets go up to $15. February 10th at the door tickets will be $20. Food trucks will be available. Everyone is invited! Can’t wait to see you there!
Sophomore Class will be hosting a Bonfire on February 9 the night before MORP from 6pm-8pm by the baseball fields. Food trucks, games and music will be provided. Please come out and have some fun!
Attention all Casa Grande Union High School Students and Staff: The Dance program is happy to present the first annual Student Dance Showcase. A concert presenting dance piece created by the students of the CGUHS Dance Program. The concert will be premiering on February 8th with doors opening at 6 pm. This is a one night only event, so make sure not to miss it. Additionally, there is no entry fee for this concert, so come support your CGUHS dancers' cougars.
COUNSELING DEPARTMENT
Listen Up All Students! The deadline for submitting your online course requests is Wednesday, January 31st! If you forget to submit your choices, courses will be selected for you! If you have questions or need help, see your school counselor as soon as possible. TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

ATHLETICS
Boys Tennis Practice will begin on Monday, February 5. To be eligible to play this year, all interested players must complete their Aktivate registration, get a physical and pay their Pay to Play fee. For more information, please see Mrs. Wagner in the Athletics Department.
There is a softball meeting right after school on Thursday in F108. Anybody interested in playing or being a part of the softball program as a manager is encouraged to come! There will be open-field after the meeting. (keep until Thurs. 2/1)
Baseball practice/Tryouts are on February 5th at 3:45 on the baseball field. In order to practice you need to have your clearance from Mrs. Wagner in the athletic office. If you have any questions find Coach Batina.
