The mission of the Business Services Department is to serve and support the needs of students, staff, and families of the district by providing the financial resources necessary to strive for the highest level of success. We will do so by providing a sustainable budget and operate a successful department to ensure public monies are being managed properly and to support student achievement.
The Business Services Department provides services in the areas of Accounts Payable, Procurement, Fixed Assets, Food Service, and Transportation. Business Services prides itself in its ethical approach in maintaining financial stability through strong accounting and budgeting practices.
Through best practices and adhering to State and Federal guidelines, the department is a proud recipient of the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting from the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) and the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO).
