(CGUHS) In Ms. Noya’s Media Literacy class, on Thursday, October 20, the group of seniors were tasked to analyze a propaganda or media product. The lesson was about how stereotypes are being represented in the media, and how they are being used and backed up with different theories related to it. The class was divided into four (4) groups in which each needed to pick a topic (place, age, gender, and ethnicity) by drawing lots. They were given ample time to select the product they wanted to talk about as a group and present their analysis in front of the class leaving Ms. Noya in awe as to how good and deliberate their presentations were.
