PE (Boys)

Course Description

Students will be taught the fundamental skills, rules, and requirements of various individual and team sports. They will learn lifetime fitness activities, how to interact with other students of varying abilities and the basic foundations of athletic participation. Students will take part in pre- and post-fitness tests. All students will take part in fitness activities to improve personal fitness levels which may include walking, running, calisthenics, and other physical exercises. Mandatory dressing out.
