(CGUHS) SkillsUSA Construction Technologies competed in Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Carpentry, Quiz Bowl (Academic Decathlon), Construction Technology, and TeamWorks at the state championship. TeamWorks (Cooper Dale, Alex Romero, Asante Santilli, and Max Wagner) earned 1st Place and will travel to Atlanta June 23-29 to compete against the other fifty states with first place winners. Juan Valdez earned 2nd Place in Masonry. The Cougars did a great job and impressed the judges with how clean their work was and for their organized approach to completing the project.
