Rotary Student of the Month

(CGUHS) Avery Weddle was selected as the April Rotary Student of the Month. Avery’s grade point average is above 4.3, on a 4.0 Scale, and he exceeds the required academic credits. He is exceptionally proud of his academic achievements and truly appreciative of the challenges he has faced on the athletic field. Avery was selected as Pinal County’s Athlete of the Year during his Junior year and continues to excel in sports. Professionals who have impressed and influenced him include his Soccer Coach Mr. Marco Fonseca, Tennis Coach Mr. Matthew Lemberg, CTE AgriScience Teacher Ms. Kaylin Buzard, and Mathematics Teacher Mr. Ernie Razo. Avery plans to attend the University of California Polytechnic with a focus on Agribusiness.
