(VGHS) Eltorna Gant, son of Eltorna & Victoria Gant, has been selected as the December Rotary Student of the Month. A standout student-athlete, Eltorna has earned a place on the Honor Roll while also excelling in both Football and Baseball. His athletic achievements include making the playoffs in both sports, being named Region Player of the Year in Football, and earning the Arizona Cardinals Player of the Week honor for his exceptional performance on the field.
In addition to his athletic success, Eltorna is focused on his future goals. He plans to attend college, where he hopes to continue playing Baseball while pursuing a degree in Business. His long-term ambition is to start his own trucking company, combining his love for sports and passion for business. With his dedication to academics, athletics, and his future career, Eltorna is a strong example of leadership, hard work, and determination. His achievements at Vista Grande are just the beginning of what promises to be an exciting and successful journey ahead.
