GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
 
New Bookstore hours are before school 7:30 –8:10 am 
Lunch A from 11:45-12:15 
Lunch B from 12:45-1:15 
Afternoons from 3:00 to 3: 15. 

In honor of Hailey Stephens, please wear pink and white to school on Friday to show our love and support for Hailey and her friends and family.  

Please join our cougar family at the candlelight vigil in honor of Hailey Stephens Friday evening at 5:30 in the CG football stadium. Candles will be provided. All other items to honor Hailey such as posters and pictures are welcome.  

CLUBS & ACTIVITIES 

NHS is sponsoring a toy drive! Bring in a toy between now and Nov. 30 to help make Christmas a better day for a child. Deliver to D102, Mrs. Batina’s classroom. (Read until 11/29th) 

CGUHS Dance Program 2000’s theme dance concert will be coming up on December 7th, 8th, and 9th. The concert will feature all levels of dance at Casa Grande Union High School. Presale tickets will start December 4th until December 6th. Presale tickets start at 5 dollars and at the door tickets will be 10 dollars. Come out and support your fellow students as they demonstrate their ability in dance.  

Cultures and Languages Club is sponsoring the FILIPINO fusion: Celebrating Culture in Harmony with our School.   Please join us on Monday, December 4th at 3:30PM in the cafeteria.  All Filipino teachers will be there and will explain their traditions and culture.   This event finishes at 4:15, so if you take the bus, the Tutoring bus will be available.   See you on Monday.  

COUNSELING DEPARTMENT 

December is almost here, and it is CTE/CAVIT Showcase time! On Friday, December 8th, CAVIT and our very own CTE students and teachers will sponsor a “show and tell” event in our gym, to teach students about numerous career fields. There will be lots of displays and current students will be on hand to answer questions. Come learn how you can become a CTE or CAVIT student to guarantee yourself a GOOD career making GREAT money! 
 
ATHLETICS 

The boys and girls Golf Teams – Will have our awards banquet on December 4th at 7:00 pm in the library.
