Attention Students, if you are interested in participating in a Spring sport such as Track, Softball, Baseball, Boys & Girls Tennis please turn in a sports physical in with Mrs. Soto or Randy Robbins by Monday, February 4th. Tryouts begin Monday the 4th and you must turn in a sports physical for tryouts! 

 

 

Attention Blood Drive Donors we have 60 blood drive heroes at this time. Please stop by the nurses office and pick up a form if you are planning on giving blood. If you have your form filled out please drop it by as soon as possible to secure a spot. Remember staff is also welcome to give Blood. Thank you!

 

Ciera Duran, The ASU Joaquin Bustoz Math-Science Honors Program Coordinator and Recruiter, will be here next Tuesday, February 5th in the Olaski during 1st period (8:10 am-9:10 am) to give CGUHS Students information about the summer program.  Students interested in applying for the program must meet the following requirements:

 

Be a full-time student enrolled in college track courses

Completed their sophomore year and three years of math (Algebra I, Geometry and Algebra II by the end of the spring 2019 semester

Have an unweighted Cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher

Minimum grades of B in math and Science classes

Seniors who apply must be attending ASU in Fall of 2019

 

The application deadline is Friday February 15, 2019

If you are a junior or senior boy wanting to play in the Powderbuff game, please sign up in the bookstore & the fee is $15. Game is on February 22nd!

 

The MORP Dance is TONIGHT! This year’s theme is Disney-Girls ask Guys! Come decked out in Disney Spirit or match with your date. The dance is from 7-9 pm. Tickets are $5 each.

Girls Basketball final scores against Sahuaro High School. Frosh with a win 36-21, JV with a win 46-22 & Varsity loss 60-76.

Boys Basketball final scores against Sahuaro High School. Frosh with a win 51-44, JV loss 45-63 & Varsity loss 44-49.
