RAZE is a local organization based in Coolidge, committed to connecting Rural Arizonans through civic engagement and community action, and we recognize that young people are the future leaders of our communities.
RAZE Leaders program is a six-month fellowship that:
- uses Participatory Action Research to teach participants how to create the change they wish to see in their own backyard,
- empowers young leaders to learn how to identify an area of change, research the issue, identify and build relationships with stakeholders, and develop a plan of action, and
- provides career development opportunities (both volunteer and paid) with RAZE and other community organizations upon conclusion of the program.
