THE 2025 CASA GRANDE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 11TH ANNUAL GRADUATION POWWOW WILL BE HELD THIS COMING SATURDAY, MAY 17, WHICH IS HELD EACH YEAR IN HONOR OF ALL NATIVE AMERICAN GRADUATES FROM CASA GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL AND VISTA GRANDE HIGH SCHOOL. THE GRADUATION POWWOW IS ALL DAY LONG AND IS A FREE EVENT. IN ADDITION TO NATIVE AMERICAN DANCE PERFORMANCES, THE CGUHS AMERIND CLUB WILL BE SELLING FRYBREAD AND THERE WILL BE 3O NATIVE AMERICAN ARTS AND CRAFT VENDORS SELLING THEIR ITEMS ALL DAY. THE ENTIRE SCHOOL AND CASA GRANDE AND NATIVE COMMUNITIES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THIS FREE EVENT AND TO JOIN IN RECOGNIZING OUR NATIVE AMERICAN GRADUATES WHO COME FROM OVER 20 FEDERALLY RECOGNIZED TRIBES.
COUNSELING
University of Advancing Technology UAT is in the counseling office today during both lunches so stop by if you want information about science and technology programs.
TUTORING
Tutoring: Please be advised that today is the last day for tutoring in L52 from 3:25 – 4:25. So if you need any assistance please stop and get the support and help that you need.
YEARBOOK
Yearbooks have arrived and are available for purchase or pick up in the bookstore before school or during lunches. If you have pre-ordered your copy of a yearbook, please go pick up your copy as soon as you possibly can. If you haven’t purchased one yet then don’t wait until it’s too late, purchase your copy today.

NHS: Elections will be Monday May 19, 2025, for next year’s officers in D102 all day

ATHLETICS
Anyone interested in running cross country next year there will be a meeting in the cafeteria today 5/15 during 2.5 Come join the fun .
Baseball
Varsity - Please return Helmets, jerseys and duffel bags to Mr. Owensby in the equipment room. Holds will be placed May 12th for any unreturned equipment.
JV – Please return Jerseys to Mr. Owensby in the equipment room.
Softball
JV – Please return bags, uniforms, and helmets to Mr. Owensby in the equipment room. Holds will be placed May 12th for any unreturned equipment.
Boys Tennis
Please return uniform tops and bottoms to Mr. Owensby.
Girls Tennis
Please return uniform tops and bottoms to Mr. Owensby.
Track and Field
Attention Track- Please turn in track uniforms as soon as possible to Mr. Owensby or Mr. Kieser. All pieces must be turned in at the same time. Hold will be placed Friday the 16th for any unreturned equipment
***Missing Equipment *** If you have a hold after the last day of school you will not be able to return the equipment. Replacements will be ordered, and you will be responsible for paying any fines on your account for missing equipment. Any exceptions made will be made by Mr. Robbins, the Athletic Director, at his discretion. Please have any missing equipment returned as soon as possible. Feel free to meet with Mr. Owensby in the equipment room or Ms. Debold at the bookstore to verify missing equipment or holds.
