Course Description

AP Spanish Language is a course of intense studies through conversation, listening, comprehension, reading, writing, and grammar analysis. These skills are expanded through the study of literature, culture, history, and geography of the Spanish-speaking world. The use of Spanish for active communication is stressed in the following ways: comprehending formal and informal spoken Spanish, composing expository passages, and expressing ideas orally with accuracy and fluency. This class earns weighted credit.
