(VGHS) Rhonda Ruiz, Principal's Administrative Assistant, received the for Stepping Out From Behind The Counter Award. Principal Vance Danzy says that Ms. Ruiz has held may positions at Vista Grande High School which include Paraprofessional, Attendance Clerk, Bookstore Clerk, and Principal's Administrative Assistant. She has moved into each position with ease and has learned each of them with grace that is seldom seen. Ms. Ruiz is currently in the midst of a very busy time of the year and has done a grand job in her first year in this position.
