General announcement.
Prom tickets on sale now for $50 in April but the price jumps to $55 the week of Prom so buy early. No tickets will be sold the day of Prom or at prom.
Do you have a talent you want to showcase? Come audition for the 2023 Cougars’ Got Talent, talent show! We will have in-person auditions Monday and Tuesday this week in the auditorium. Online auditions will be from April 3rd to 6th and emailed to Mrs. Brady at
[email protected]. Let us see your talent!? Prizes will be awarded to the top acts. Students and staff are encouraged to try out.
Student body officer elections are this week. Candidates are wearing sashes and will be available for questions during lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. Voting will occur this Thursday via Blackboard ballot and results announced at the end of the day on Thursday.
New library hours and rules starting this week.
Wednesdays the library will be closed from now on
Lunch time will be limited to 30 students. No admittance after the first 15 minutes of lunch and all students must be wearing an ID
Mastery time students should only come in to check out a book and are limited to 15 minutes. Teachers must call ahead for approval and students must have their ID on and have a pass.
Attention 11th?grade students, tomorrow, Tuesday, April 4 you are taking the ACT Test.? Please report to your testing room exactly the way you did for the AzSci test last week.? Report directly to your testing room by 8:10 a.m. tomorrow.? ? Remember to charge your computer and bring your charger with you.? Get a good night's rest and eat breakfast so you can do your best.? Attention Seniors: We will have a senior Parent meeting on Wed April 12th starting at 5:30 in the auditorium. This meeting will inform you and your parents about all the senior activities coming up and most importantly, information about graduation. You and your parents are highly encouraged to attend.
Congratulations to Simon Pelfrey for being elected the Region 4 HOSA vice president.
Another congratulations to Cadence Kahn for achieving first place in her event at AZ HOSA’s competition during their state leadership conference.
