Mr. Ronald Lucasia's College Math 141 class was engaged in a fun activity that took them back to their childhood days. Students played Rock-Paper-Scissors to illustrate theoretical and experimental probability. Rock-Paper-Scissors is an interesting game because it involves both strategy and chance. Understanding probability can help players improve their chances of winning. The game became more complex when they played multiple rounds. The smile, laughter, noise, and excitement were priceless. It was clear they enjoyed the lesson while learning it. Visit the Mathematics Department at www.cguhsd.org/cgMath.aspx.
