(VGHS) Student-Athlete and Black Student Union President Malinah Whatley traveled to New York where she represented the Southwest Region as the GENYOUth Ambassador. Malinah was on a panel of students from different regions of the U.S. who addressed food insecurity, health, and wellness. She met with Joe Jordan, President of Domino’s Pizza, TV Chef Carla Hall, and NFL Players Najee Goode, Kyle Rudolph, and Jonathan Casillas, just to name a few.
