CGUHS DECA Marketing participated in the Arizona DECA District 3 Leadership Conference competition on Friday, January 27, at Central Arizona College. Award winners included: Top 10% Marketing Comprehensive Exam Scores: Andres Ybarra (Finance Exam) and Anthony Rodriguez (Marketing Exam); and Overall Finalists (Role Event & Comprehensive Exam): Annia Kolaniak (Business Finance – 3rd Place Overall), Drake Maestas (Entrepreneurship - 2nd Place Overall), Lily Reid (Food Marketing - 1st Place Overall), Noah Duran (Quick Serve Restaurant Management - 3rd Place Overall), and Corinne Jacobsen (Restaurant & Food Service Management - 1st Place Overall).
