As the Vista Grande principal’s Administrative Assistant, she ensures that everyone she comes into contact with is supported and has everything that is needed. Planning accordingly to assist the principal is not an easy task. When I was a principal, I said that I am no better than my Administrative Assistant. What she does is extremely important to the success of the school. Colleen ensures the school calendar is updated, parents are supported, staff needs are met, and students know all about the school and where to go to get what they need.
