Martin Hebda, Fine Arts Band Teacher, has been selected as the CGUHS Staff Football Captain of the Week. Each week, senior football players get together to select someone special they want to “lead them” into the coin toss at the week’s game. Per Coach Barro, “Our players wanted to honor Mr. Hebda for making game day at CGUHS the best home-field experience in Arizona. He also brings great pride to the entire school by continuing to show in competition that the Pride of Casa Grande is the best band around. We appreciate you!” Staff members selected receive a Cougar football t-shirt and a plaque made by the CGUHS DECA students. Special thanks to all who impact the lives of our players!
