On Saturday, March 5, Vista Grande High School (VGHS) Marine Corps JROTC cadets traveled to Kofa High School in Yuma, Arizona, to compete in the Color Guard Competition. From left to right, Marguerite Kerr, Shelby Fulks, Sarah Foerster, and Erin Swift executed the drill card flawlessly to best cadets and teams from California, Nevada, and Arizona. During this competition, Spartan pride, excellence, and dedication shone brightly as the cadets came out on top to win first place.
