The CGUHS Football Team defeated Poston Butte at ASU’s Sun Devil Stadium on Friday, December 10. The 33-28 victory marked history with an undefeated season (13-0) and the 4A State Football Championship title and trophy. Only once before, in the 91-year history of the program, has the team gone undefeated and untied (10-0 in 1950), and the first time in school history for the team to advance to the state title game.
