Alora Linehan of Casa Grande Union High School (CGUHS) was on recognized Tuesday, September 28, as the Casa Grande Union High School District’s CGUHS Rotary Club of Casa Grande Student of the Month during the district’s Governing Board meeting. Alora was recognized for her activities and accomplishments: Robotics Club Secretary (3-Yr), SEDS President (2-Yr), HOSA President (4-Yr), Tennis Varsity (4-Yr), Chief Science Officer (4-Yr), Girls Who Code President, Cougar Buddies (1-Yr), CAVIT MA Program (2-Yr), STEM Biotech (4-Yr), Gender Sexual Alliance (GSA) Secretary, Unity Project, Ascend Team Lead Scientist (1-Yr), Starlab, Student Council, SkillsUSA (3-Yr), CAVIT, AP Classes, CAC Classes, 4.432 GPA, ASU SCENE ASU (Science & Engineering Experience), NTHS Vice President, AP Scholar, Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, National Honor Society, Dean’s List Semi-Finalist: Medical Assisting (1st Place) & Parliamentary Procedure (3rd Place), and Volunteer: Banner Health, Upward Bound, Public Library, & Casa Grande Youth Commission.
