The Casa Grande Union High School’s Career & Technical Education (CTE) AgriScience program is selling fresh vine-ripened hydroponic tomatoes that the advanced students have been growing this year in their greenhouse. They sell these to the local Creative Cafe here in town and will be offering these delicious tomatoes to the public for the first time. The tomatoes are great for salsa, sandwiches, or even tomato basil soup, and packaged at $3.00/lb. They will go fast! If interested, stop by the CGUHS AgriScience Department, Room L107, this week after school. The Cougars are taught by CTE Teacher Casey Farnsworth.
