On Saturday, January 25, CGUHS Marine Corps JROTC Drill Team competed in the Marcos de Niza High School Drill Meet. Eighteen schools competed. The Cougars won trophies in the following events:
1st Place - Armed Regulation
1st Place - Varsity Color Guard
2nd Place - Armed Inspection
2nd Place - Unarmed Regulation
