Friday, January 24, was Chinese New Year’s Eve. CGUHS Chinese I and Chinese II classes celebrated by doing some crafts such as paper cutting, a traditional Chinese art. The coming year is the Year of the Rat, so they made mouse paper cuttings. They also played chopsticks games in which the winner could pick up 62 candies in one minute! The Spartans are taught by World Languages Teacher Huamei Wang.
