(VGHS) On Saturday, April 29, the Spiritline competition team competed at the Grand Canyon State Championship hosted by Valley of the Sun Events. The Spartans put on a special performance and walked away with a first-place win. This is Vista Grande's first Spiritline 1st Place win since 2014. The coaches and girls worked through challenges, changes, and adversity but never backed down. They used that Spartan Spirit and persevered. The Spartans are coached by Head Coach Serina Felix, Assistant Coach Vanessa Martinez, and Assistant Coach Deja Seavallo. Visit at
