GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
A holiday door decorating contest kicks off this week. Help your 3.5 teacher decorate his or her door for the holidays. Students will vote on the winning door starting Dec 11th through the 13th. To vote, you will need to place money down on the door of your choice. The door that earns the most money wins. All money donated will be given to a fund set up in honor of Hailey Stephens. More details to come about how to vote.
Seniors... your class rings and letterman jackets are here!! During both lunches today representatives from Jostens will be here to hand out class rings and letterman jackets to any senior who has purchased them.

Holiday grams are here! Thursday, Friday and Monday Holiday grams will be sold during both lunches, cash only please! Prices range from 50 cents to 3$ per gram. Grams will be delivered on Tuesday during 3.5.
Next week’s lunchtime activity will be cupcake decorating. For only 1$ you can purchase a festive cupcake and decorate it with frosting and sprinkles. Cash only please. Be sure to find the table in the commons area during both lunches on Monday and Tuesday.
Snacks and drinks will be available for purchase during the 10 minute passing period on final exam days, December 14th and 15th. Snacks will be sold at the tables set up under the bridge. Be sure to be in line before the warning bell rings. Cash only!
CLUBS & ACTIVITIES
Amerind club will meet Monday after school. Bus passes are available.
CGUHS Dance recital is this week, Thursday and Friday night at 6:30, doors open at 6pm. Tickets are only 5$ at the door.
COUNSELING DEPARTMENT
Students, the CTE/CAVIT Showcase has been postponed. Please keep your ears open for the new day and time in January.
Seniors, if you are serving as a TEACHER ASSISTANT in a classroom, the library or in the main office, YOU MUST secure your position for Semester 2. YOU MUST reply YES or NO no later than tomorrow to the email Ms. Crank-Townsend sent to you last week. Timing is critical!!!
Listen up CAVIT students! CAVIT students will take their first semester final exams on Thursday, December 14 and Friday, December 15. You should report to UNION to take your exams, unless you have been exempted. If you do not have exams, you should report to CAVIT for classes as usual.
ATHLETICS
The boys and girls Golf Teams – Golf pictures will be Friday December 8th at 10:30 in the small gym. You will be able to pick up your golf polo at that time. Please wear khaki shorts or pants with a belt. Thanks
