General announcement.
Prom tickets on sale now for $45 for the month of March. Price jumps to $50 in April and $55 the week of Prom. If you want to be considered for Prom nominations, you must buy your ticket by the end of March.?
Do you have a talent you want to showcase? Come audition for the 2023 Cougars’ Got Talent, talent show! We will have in-person auditions April 3rd and 4th in the auditorium. Online auditions will be from April 3rd to 6th and emailed to Mrs. Brady at
[email protected]. Let us see your talent!? Prizes will be awarded to the top acts. Students and staff are encouraged to try out.
Tutoring will be held after school in the cafeteria. The library will be closed.
Clubs and Activities
The Amerind Club will meet in Room D 107 after school today. Students - please bring your parent/guardian permission slips for club membership. Late bus passes are available.
School Counseling Department:
Union’s Annual College Fair will be held on Wednesday, March 29th, during A&B Lunches! Come get information about colleges in our state and many joining us for the first time! Pick up college merch and learn where to find MONEY to attend any university, 2-year college and vocational/trades schools.
Seniors! It’s time to celebrate your accomplishments! Awards and Scholarships Night is coming soon. If you have not already done so, please bring a copy of your scholarship award letters to Mrs. Cruz in the counseling department asap. We want to recognize you and your family for your dedication and hard work during high school!
Seniors! Are you looking for scholarships? You may pick up applications in the Counseling & Career Center or make an appointment to see Mrs. Lizarraga. There are several scholarship applications with March and April deadlines, including Rotary Foundation, Pinal 40, Arizona Community Foundation, Kiwanis Scholarship, Chuy Lara Memorial Scholarship and the Alveraz Family of Casa Grande Scholarship.
