"Ms. Norma Sanchez is an amazing person, educator, and leader. She is the Casa Grande Union High School Counseling Department Chair. Students’ best interest are always in the center of decision-making and daily responsibilities. Ms. Sanchez is passionate about student success and gives her all to provide her best to ensure students have what is needed, not only to graduate from high school with hope for the future, but also to make sure that she implements strategies to make students' dreams come to life. Parent engagement is valued and required in order for students to experience the support needed outside of school. She models highly effective leadership that provides an exemplary model for others to follow. Being a student advocate for the future is so important to the school culture and to families attending CGUHSD.
