Jackie Stilwell has been a valued employee of the district for a total of 20 years. She goes above and beyond her perspective role with poise, professionalism, and sincere care and compassion for others in the workplace. She is essential to the daily functions of both the discipline recording and supporting all functions needed for administrators, staff, families, and students. The responsibilities Jackie has at Vista Grande provide parents, students, and teachers with valuable information about students. Her timely dedication provides confidence in others that the school is managed well, and appropriate documentation is evident of such. As the district student handbook was revised this year, I was able to observe quality characteristics of Jackie. She is an exceptional listener, empathetic, knows what families need, and is willing to give her all in all she does. Jackie is considered by her administration as an unsung hero at Vista Grande.
