Congratulations to CGUHS DECA Chapter President, Lily Reid. On Thursday, February 3, she was notified that she has been approved as an official Arizona DECA State Officer Candidate. The process included a Marketing/DECA knowledge exam and two-panel interview with officials from Arizona DECA and Arizona Department of Education, as well as corporate sponsors of Arizona DECA. Lily now begins the process of organizing a campaign to present at the state conference at the end of February. CGUHS DECA Chapter is advised by David Carter, CTE/Marketing Teacher.
