(VGHS) DECA students, from high schools across the region, came together for the annual Fall Leadership Conference, an exciting event that brought aspiring business leaders and entrepreneurs under one roof. This conference is more than just an opportunity to meet other students; it’s a dynamic experience where DECA members develop vital skills, gain insights from industry leaders, and start building the foundation for their future careers. DECA’s Fall Leadership Conference offers a unique blend of professional development, networking, and real-world learning that prepares students for future success. For the DECA members who attended, it was a steppingstone toward becoming adaptable, capable, and confident leaders in their chosen fields. Each year, the conference builds a stronger generation of business leaders, equipped with the tools, connections, and vision needed to thrive in their careers. The Spartans are advised by Annie Hunter.
