Riley Ann Comeau of Vista Grande High School was recognized Tuesday, February 2, as one of the Casa Grande Union High School District’s Rotary Club of Casa Grande Students of the Month during the district’s regular monthly school board meeting. Riley Ann was recognized for her activities and accomplishments: Link Crew Commissioner, Key Club Member, SADD Member, National Honor Society Member, CAVIT Nursing Assistant, Kids Connecting Tutoring Program, Level 1 Direct Care Worker Certification, Cross Country Team Manager, Track Team Manager, National Society of High School Scholars Member, and Honors Society Member. She has volunteered for CAC 5-K Run, Feed the Starving Children’s Foundation, 4Ocean Foundation, nursing homes, medical foundations, humane societies, and city/school clean-up groups. Riley Ann has received multiple awards as a Spartan, Cross Country Team Manager, Track Team Manager, and been on the Honor Roll all four years. She has assisted in various school events such as silent witness nights, fundraisers, blood drives, food banks, and many more. Riley Ann plans to attend a 4-year university, earn a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and become a Registered Nurse.
