The VGHS Student Council attended the Arizona Association of Student Councils (AASC) State Convention held Thursday-Saturday, January 23-25. The AASC State Convention is a three-day event in which AASC business occurs, as well as recognition of the amazing accomplishments of student councils, students, advisors, administrations, and so much more throughout the prior school year. It's also an opportunity for every student council across the state to represent, converse, and share amazing ideas to bring back to their schools. The Spartans were awarded Council of Distinction Honorable Mention.
