Employees of the Month

In an effort to honor and appreciate our employees, a select group of employees are recognized each month. Employees are nominated through our Employee of the Month criteria and selected by our Recognition Committee to receive the honor. Each month, Superintendent Dr. Steve Bebee hosts an Employee of the Month Breakfast at The Big House Cafe to thank and recognize those dedicated employees. Employees of the Month are recognized and given an award plaque at the monthly Governing Board meeting.

Golden Ticket Recipients

In an effort to honor and appreciate our fellow employees, a Golden Ticket is available to recognize each other for any positive reason. Employees who observe good deeds, excellent work, camaraderie, and achievement complete a Golden Ticket. The original Golden Ticket is given to the employee being recognized and the yellow copy is placed in the Golden Box at the site. The Recognition Committee reviews the Golden Tickets monthly, then randomly selects several employees who receive a prize.
