AOI (CGUHSD Online)

Students enrolled in AOI (CGUHSD Online) participate in high-level learning in a structured online environment using Edgenuity. The Edgenuity curriculum is grounded in research and is aligned to Arizona State Standards, the Common Core, and the NGSS. Students are enrolled in three  (3) courses per quarter and are expected to complete six (6) courses per semester based on each student’s academic graduation requirements. AOI (CGUHSD Online) courses are taught by appropriately certified teachers and are aligned to district curriculum and state standards.  
  • Course content and instruction will be differentiated to meet the specialized needs of the student according to their IEP. 
  • Students must complete all assignments and pass with minimum competency, an (in-person) or virtual, teacher- proctored final exam to receive course credit. 
  • Depending on enrollment minimums and instructor availability, all courses may not be available at one or both campuses.
