Melanie Nagel, daughter of Julie Holdsworth and Aric Nagel, was named VGHS’s Rotary Student of the Month. Melanie’s activities have included Academic Scholar (4 YR), Key Club, Math League (Secretary), National Honor Society, Link Crew (Leader), Thespians, SkillsUSA (Historian), Student Council (Secretary), Tennis Team, Casa Grande Youth Commission (Treasurer), HOBY, Arizona Girls State, and VG Library Volunteer. Her life/career goals are undecided. She is considering Northern Arizona University (NAU).
