Home Coming Dance on Oct 21 from 7pm-10pm.
Tickets available at the bookstore. NO ticket, NO ID, NO entry!! Students – You are not to dress up in Halloween Costumes for Homecoming, NO face Paint or Masks. Dress up is casual - Semi Formal- Slacks, Shirts, and Dresses.

The Spartan Fest 3 on3 basketball tournament registration forms are on the girl’s locker room door, teams will be limited cost is $5 a team. $1ea player, max 5.


Picture Retakes: Picture retakes are Thursday, October 19th from 8:00-3:00 in the Auditorium. If you had your photo taken and want to view it, go to rembrandtpics.com and click on School Pics (Fall) then select Vista Grande High School. Type your name and ID # to see and buy your photos.

SOPHOMORES -Leadership seminar at the end of the school year, see Ms. Baker, in the guidance area. She will give you information about HOBY and add your name to the list of nominees. Self- nominations accepted through November.

October 19th in the Casa Grande Union Cafeteria there will be a Transition/Resource Fair for those seeking assistance with help after graduation. It’s from 5 to 7 pm.


Congratulations to the marching band for getting their highest score this year at the Williams Field Invitational. The band received awards for Outstanding Musical Performance, General Effect, Guard, and Percussion.

Sports

Golf today @ Fred Enke @ 3 PM. Early release will be announced.

Practices during fall break:
Football practice all week.
Cheer is having practice only Thursday, Oct. 26 from 330-630pm.
Volleyball will be practicing on Monday from 4 - 6:30 pm and play last match of the year on Tuesday so there will be no more practices after Tuesday.
Boys Basketball Open gym during fall break in large gym from 9am to noon Monday through Saturday.

Personal speakers are not to be used anywhere on campus without the express permission from administration. Confiscation of Personal Devices:1st Offense: Parent pick up of the item(s). 2nd offense: Saturday School and parent pick-up of item(s). 3rd offense: 1 day of In-School Detention.4th offense: 3 days of In-School Detention Every infraction thereafter shall be decided by administration.
