On Tuesday, November 12, the CGUHS CCAP ((Careers Through Culinary Arts Program) Club participated in the 6th Annual Harvest Moon. They prepared Duck Ragu over Lemon Gnocchi and Fired Pastry Cream. The event was held at Ocotilla Restaurant in Phoenix, AZ. The Cougars are sponsored by CTE Teacher Stephanie Adams.
