Congratulations to CGUHS’s Pride of Casa Grande Marching Band. On Saturday, November 9, the band competed in the AzMBA State Competition. They finished in 3rd Place and qualified for the Arizona Grand Championships. They also received an award for Outstanding Visual Performance. On Sunday, November 10, at the Grand Championships, the Pride completed their season with a 2nd Place finish and a special award for the Outstanding Percussion Section of the night. Also, a special congratulations goes to Logan Brown who was one of three scholarship recipients in the state! The Cougars are directed by Mr. Martin Hebda.
