Michael Cruz, CGESD Communications & Marketing Specialist, recognized CTE Teacher Casey Farnsworth, CTE Director Steven Sipes, and the CGUHS CTE students for their tremendous work in building a custom BBQ grill for CGESD. The grill will help CGESD with events for many years to come. Most recently, it was used at the CGESD 1st Annual Employee Picnic. Mr. Cruz stated, “Mr. Sipes was wonderful to work with and very eager to assist us with this project. I am very thankful for his help and partnership. In addition, Mr. Farnsworth was very flexible in allowing his students to work on this project, ultimately highlighting his commitment to building relationships and community. Lastly, the students did an excellent job putting this together. The grill is beautiful. On behalf of our district, we want to thank you for all of your time and willingness to take on this project.
