During the week of December 2-6, VGHS Art I students learned to use oil pastels. This is a very difficult medium to master. The elements of design that were the focus of this project were Color, Texture, Form, and Shape. Students were to create a landscape that included water, mountains, and trees. After one lesson, students were able to put it all together. The Spartans are taught by Carlos Jimenez.
