Omar Galindo (12) won a $24,000 scholarship to Monroe College in New York. He competed in a cooking competition with CCAP (Careers Through Culinary Arts). In the 1st Round, Omar made an Appetizer Salad and French Omelet. In the 2nd Round, he made a Chicken Chasseur, Tournes Potatoes, and Crepe Sucrees. Omar is a student in CGUHS Culinary II class taught by Mrs. Stephanie Adams.
